• If you cancel 60 Days or more before departure, non-refundable booking fee policy applies.
• If you cancel 30 – 60 days, we will return 30% of your trip cost.
• If you cancel 30 days or less before departure, 100% cancellation fees apply.

While participating under Eco Voyage Travels arrangements, certain unavoidable risks and dangers may occur, including but not limited to: accidents, illness, travel by air, automobile, or other conveyance, wildlife and other forces of nature.

You will be in isolated, rugged and wilderness terrain, often away from medical facilities and involved in activities that are potentially dangerous: Neither Eco Voyage Travels LLC. nor our safari operators accept responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person or property from any cause whatsoever.

Eco Voyage Travels LLC. nor its operators accept responsibility for any delay prior to or during the course of this expedition brought about by strikes, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control. If Eco Voyage Travels LLC. judges any destination to be unsafe it will offer to reschedule, relocate, or refund your trip. If field conditions should not be optimum due to weather conditions, operators reserve the right to change the itinerary at any time.
